Data Ownership
All client data maintained by MRL remains the property of the Client at all times. Data is licensed to MRL under the terms of the service agreement (see Terms and Conditions) solely for the purposes of the industry specific Service noted in Terms and Conditions.

Data will not be sold or otherwise distributed outside the MRL subscriber base without the prior permission of the Client.

Mutual Reference Ltd is registered as a Data Processor under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.
